Fort Collins is known for its microbrewery culture. In fact, according to The Colorodan there is 1 brewery for every 7,600 people here in town. Five more are set to open in 2018.

These are truly mind-blowing statistics as the Craft Brewers Association states Fort Collins produces over 1 million barrels of craft brew each year. These numbers don't include the local Budwiser plant that produces more beer annually than all the craft breweries combined and employs upward of 500 people.

New Belgium, started in a Fort Collins basement, is now the 4th largest micro brewery in the country. We love our beer culture and as more breweries come to town, not only does it put us on the beer map, it brings jobs, festivals and events to town. These are the "don't miss" beer events.
