THE  RIVER  EXPERIENCE
DAY 1
Arrive at The Elizabeth Hotel in Downtown Fort Collins.

This brand new upscale hotel offers the best of a boutique hotel with the quality expected in the Mariott brand. Enjoy dinner for two at The Emporium and either retire to your room or grab a cocktail and perhaps catch a band at The Magic Rat  all located in this exceptional Autograph Collection hotel.  - "When you stay at the Elizabeth Hotel, you'll discover a vibrant sensory experience and a handcrafted adventure awaiting you."

DAY 2
Raft the Poudre River with Mountain Whitewater

Class II, III, and IV Whitewater Rafting in Colorado.  A true full-day, very few rafting adventures in Colorado can match this amount of whitewater!  This river trip includes both the Lower Rustic and the Poudre Plunge sections of the Cache La Poudre. The full-day experience starts with the more seldom paddled Lower Rustic section, providing great rapids and amazing mountain landscapes. At lunch the guides switch from rafting experts to chefs, serving a gourmet, deli-style lunch that is sure to satisfy vegetarians and carnivores alike. We pack enough food for everybody’s appetite. The trip concludes with a run down the action-packed Plunge portion of the river. Like the Plunge, if you are looking for a truly wild experience, book your trip during June’s high water. Meeting time is 9:00 am.

After a full day of rafting Paddler’s Pub is the perfect place to end a hot summer afternoon. Enjoy beautiful views of the foothills, sand volleyball, and a multitude of yard games just in time for Happy Hour! We have six cornhole sets, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, and more. Paddler’s Pub is kid and family friendly with a kids playground, tetherball and plenty of room to run. It is also the best place in Northern Colorado to catch a sunset! The Paddler’s Pub proudly serves only beer and wine made here in Colorado. Enjoy a diverse selection of craft beers from brewers like New Belgium Brewing, Odell Brewing Company, Horse & Dragon Brewing Company, Left Hand Brewing Company, Black Bottle Brewery, Anheuser Busch and others, as well as a great selection of local wine from Ten Bears Winery.

Dinner at Union

It's back to The Elizabeth Hotel to freshen up and then just a short walk over to Union. Also a newcomer in town, Union is inspired by an all American diner. Their recipes feature what we love about comfort food, it's simplicity.

Day 3
Grey Rock Hike and lunch at Mishawaka

Greyrock Trail is a 7.1 mile heavily trafficked loop trail located near Laporte, Colorado that features a lake and is rated as difficult. The trail is primarily used for hiking, nature trips, and birding and is best used from April until November.

Lunch with a front row seat of the Poudre Canyon with a burger and a beer at Mishawaka. Our featured Craft Micro Brewery is Odell Brewery, located in Fort Collins, CO. We serve several of Odell’s craft beers at The Mish. There is no better spot to share what Northern Colorado has to offer, so bring up your friends and relax for the afternoon. Give yourselves a taste of mountain air, sunshine, the rushing river, as well as a great burger and Odell beer on tap.

If you are interested in activities that involve water, there's nothing like the Cache la Poudre river. You can kayak, raft, and just float down our iconic river. The class IV and V rapids are only a 45 minute drive from Fort Collins. We've put together a three day experience that let's you in on some of our best river activities.
